Our 6-lesson custom program is designed to be flexible and easy to fit into your schedule. We offer appointments Monday through Saturday, with availability from 9 AM to 6 PM. Training sessions are typically held twice a week for the first two weeks, followed by one final session in the third week. This structure allows for steady progress while giving you time to practice between lessons.
11-Lesson Program Structure
Our 11-lesson custom program offers a flexible and consistent schedule to fit your needs. We’re available Monday through Saturday, with appointments starting as early as 9 AM and as late as 6 PM. Most clients choose to meet twice a week for five weeks, but we can also schedule up to three sessions per week if you prefer to complete the program sooner. This structure keeps training on track while allowing room for real-life practice and progress.

The cost of our custom training program is simple and straightforward. The 6-lesson package is a one-time payment of $450. For the 11-lesson package, the cost is split into two payments of $450 — one at the start and one halfway through.
